About me:

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children, young people, and their families. My work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep understanding of the challenges that can arise during childhood, adolescence and young adulthood.

I hold considerable experience working with adolescents and young adults. I am trained in a wide range of models and am able to tailor sessions to fit the needs of each person I work with.

When considering needs of children and adolescents, I place great value on working closely with parents and caregivers. I recognise that parenting can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging, especially when a child is struggling. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where parents feel heard and understood, and where their experiences are acknowledged with empathy and respect. Together, we explore ways to make sense of your experiences as a parent and your child’s experiences; I hold a systemic lense viewing problems as existing between people rather than within any one person. My aim is to navigate difficulties, strengthen relationships, and support emotional growth within the family as a whole.

My background includes extensive experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) within the NHS, where I have worked closely with families, schools, and professionals to promote emotional wellbeing.

I offer a range of services, including:

  • Online Therapeutic Sessions with parents, adolescents, young adults, and families

  • Parenting Support and Guidance

  • Teaching and Training on emotional wellbeing

  • Specialist Clinical Supervision

My therapeutic work is informed by a range of models. I often take an integrative approach which means that I draw on different therapeutic modalities, including Systemic, Solihull Approach (an attachment informed parenting model), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT),  Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), within a systemic lens to tailor  the approach and sessions to  each person’s needs.
